1. How you receive what you pay for

Founding access is delivered digitally to your RizzGig account. As soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, your matched projects, client details and saved projects unlock automatically, usually within a few seconds. You can use them at rizzgig.com from any device by signing in with the same Google account.

2. Where we deliver

The service is available online, anywhere you can sign in. Payments are accepted in Indian Rupees (INR).

3. If access doesn't unlock

• Reload the Founding access page. It checks for payments whose confirmation was interrupted, for example when switching to a UPI app.
• If your account still shows as locked after 24 hours, contact us with your Razorpay payment ID. We'll unlock your access or refund you in full, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
